There is a ZL1, 2013, new, silver, black wheels, automatic transmission for sale in Woodhaven, Mi by a dealer.

Being sold at or below MSRP, approx. 57K.

The sales person, Becky at Rogers Chevrolet, has the car on order, build date, is next week, buyer backout.
Becky is the best sales person i have ever worked with. i have purchase 7 cars new and this was the only really good eaperiance I have had.

Note I have purchase a Victory red, blank wheel, 6 speed ZL1 from her last Friday and drove it home to Maryland, what a great car. She has called several time to see how we are, doing. She kept me informed during the entire order and build process.

A slushbox is not going to gain much traction on this site, maybe try the fifth gen sites, Corvette Forums, or LS1tech, although it is out of mosts' price range, even at list, and with no gouging. sad.gif

I can't resist the urge to be blunt here. I'm surprised Kevin authorized this post. This car is severely misaligned with the desires of nearly ever member of this site. I don't think anyone on here even likes 5th gens, let alone own or buy one. I hate them with a passion (ZL1 is same suckiness but for more money). Also the fact that this listing is for one with an automatic is even more of a joke on a road race site...

I wouldn't mind a 5th gen, I just wish they weren't so freaking heavy with 20" rims. The price of the ZL1 is crazy. I'd much rather have a corvette. BUT, I love that Chevy is doing so much with performance in mind. So I hope all of their performance programs succeed.

I don't even know why they offered an auto in the ZL1. What's the point?

I guess it's because I used to be a car salesman (one more reason not to like me...lol). And some of these specialty cars have HUGE mark up on them. Finding a decent sales person is often tough. Finding one who will sell you a specialty car around sticker (at least not at an inflated price) is always a nice plus. I will also admit that I didn't realize they came in automatics (but I haven't followed much of anything related to 5th gens).

Besides, somebody here might want a "specialty car" (or to go drag racing...I've been thinking about taking the Corvette out to do some bracket racing lately)...

You can post virtually anything for sale here. And this IS more related to the board content than some of the stuff we list (at least it actually IS an F-body). While it's not my thing, it might be somebody else's thing. So why not post it? wink.gif

For all of the 'go straight and fast for 8-11 seconds' crew. (But then it did not need all of the handling/braking stuff they did to it, which would only KILL it's launch/60', save for the launch control feature. wink.gif )
