Redline 50wt race oil. But it may not be right for your application. I use it for 2 reasons:
1. My engine was purposely setup with loose bearing clearances (.0025) and hence requires a 20/50 or similar weight oil to get the desired pressure at high temps.
2. It's a race car with no catalytic converters. This oil is not safe for cats and will eventually damage them.
Back when I was racing with cats still on the car I ran Redline 20/50 (blue bottle). When I redid the exhaust and yanked the cats, I switched to their race oil (red bottle). Before I started racing, I ran Valvoline VR1 20/50 at HPDE events for several years. It's a lot cheaper than the full-on race stuff and seemed to work fine - meaning nothing blew up and the one or two samples I sent to Blackstone got good marks.
I've personally seen very bad things with off-the-shelf Mobil 1 in HPDE cars. They make some great race oils but what you get at Autozone is very different and not suitable for the heat of track events (in my opinion).

I have been using Royal Purple 10-40.
Since I don't track the car in summer I put in Pennzoil Platinum 5-30.
May switch to Pennzoil Ultra 0-40 for track days.
EDIT
I just called Shell/Pennzoil, the lady recommended Pennzoil Ultra 5-40 Euro for our cars to trackday with.
Amazon.com has it for $45.43 for 6 quarts shipped.
