I just saw a post on NASA's Texas Mile event. It's a 1.5 mile high speed event, I would really like to try an event like that. I thought I had a link of something like it somewhere on the east coast {Virginia or N. Carolina maybe?}. I've lost the link I had for it, anyone have any idea where it's held?
