Well I had a great time the half day I was able to run the car. It was good to see old friends. It was a planned day, but didn't know if I was going to run till I was there. Work is just killing all the fun lately, and I had only slept 12hrs in three days. This is normal for me, but still exhausting. The car ran ok, but kept throwing codes for the CPS and the fans. I went out first session on my 4yr old R6's, and ran with my good friends modded C6. Not bad for a guy that's been on track only twice in four years. The codes popped up again. But really had no time to work on the car for the first two sessions. After the TT download I only had time to TQ the wheels than back in the car. The second session went well, but I'm leaving a lot of time on the track being a bit rusty. But it was fast enough to sit 3rd 1:56.8 on the AI grid behind the two agent47 cars. Not to shabby considering I didn't tune the car for the stock bore, aligned it or put it on the scales for cross weights. I ran only half of the 3rd session when the SES went off again. Besides I was tired, it was 100deg, and I still had to load up and unload at home. I did a little poking around at the CPS, they are not wireless! It helps to plug it in. I had to get some help from a buddy to find where the two different places for codes on the fans. One was off, the other wasn't.

Glad to see you're back out having fun!!! It's a little different crowd these days. There's still a lot of great info here, but most of us haven't adopted the 5th gen and that seems to be limiting traffic at times.

Not bad laps for old tires and taking so much time off. smile.gif

Glad to see you're getting back out there. I hear you on the work deal, I had that for a couple years where it was nuts just trying to get to an event. It's a different feeling than when you're "living" it, but still better than being a couch potato. rotf.gif
