I just swapped heads on my car and pulled off a set of Jesel intakes as they were the wrong offsent for the new heads.

I had to have the new ones custom rush ordered from Jesel and they arrived the day before the championship weekend. Mad thrash, but got the car running and won all four races that weekend and the championship!

Moral of the story: I have some .450 offset jesel intake 55 rockers that I have no use for.

My busy Friday evening...

IIRC, mine are .180 offset. That looks like SB2 stuff... my stuff is old school 23 degree... the best 1999 had to offer!
Shortcutsleeping
Double check your offset, these are .450 from early 18* stuff. I upgraded to new 18* and it is .550 offset.

No clue what SB2 uses, but I have a set of .450s avail now.

I'm sure yours are longer than my 23 degree stuff. I'm sure my lifters are .180" offset, I'll check the rocker shortly...

My intake lifters are offset .180 inch. They worked with the .450 offset old 18 and the new .550 offset new 18.

I can get rocker lengths if you need them, but I don't think those changed. My rockers are all 1.55 ratio.

No biggie if you can't use them, I just thought it was odd that I *JUST* took them off on Friday and you're looking for some not a week later. Heh.

Mine are definitely around .180 offset. I'll measure the length and let you know. If they will work, PM me with a price, or call me on Saturday.

Aight..

to CLARIFY

My LIFTERS on the intake side are offset .180.
My LIFTERS on the exh side are normal center bore.

My ROCKERS on the intake side are offset .450 (this is what I now have extra since the old heads died)
My ROCKERS on the exh side are offset (I forget how much, but it is small, like .110) and I'm using these on the new heads.

So assuming your LIFTERS on the INTAKE side are .180 units and you have the ROOM to go .450 on the ROCKER (pushrod clearance) and you are good with 1.55 ratio, then these might work for you.

If so, we can figure price or maybe I'll trade you for some of the stuff you are looking to offload. They're good jesel units, but I cannot use them anymore so I'd rather trade for stuff I can.

I'll be out of pocket most of the day Saturday, but will try and ping you when I can.

I believe his heads use the "60/40" valve spacing and the "sportsman" rockers... They are the old GMPP "Pontiac" head that Brodix made (or cast for them to machine, I'm not 100% sure which). If that helps.
Racerdad916
I spoke to my cylinder head guy today, the .450 offsets will not work. Your valve spacing is wider than mine, so if I use the .450 offsets, my pushrod angles will be way off. I'd love to have the 18 degree heads, but with a 4.030 bore I already have issues with intake valve shrouding....

Well, it was worth a shot.

I use the .450 rocker with a .150 offset lifter and my pushrod angles are fine, but I guess more things are at work here.
In fact, I use the .150 offset lifter with the new .550 offset rocker...

but...I guess other things are different. My heads still have valves inline like a 23 and not siamesed ports like an sb2.... meh.

oh well, worth a shot!

Good luck, jesel is not cheap... :-)
