They are nice leather knobs. They don't get as cold or hot in the various seasons. I've almost always swapped to the plastic balls, but this factory knob is in good shape and they are nice if you prefer leather.
Ok, $20 for the ball and $20 for the shifter (plus freight).
For $20 I'll try the knob. I do like leather.
