Can the under hood heater box assymbly be swapped out with the engine in?

I want to swap a NON A/C or V6 heater box/core assymbly into my A/C car. I'm wondering if there is enough room underhood and how much of the dash would have to come apart.

I think you can get it all out through the dash area. There were just a couple of bolt in the engine compartment that I had to get at.

What kind of dash surgery is required? This has to go back together as if it came with a non A/C heater core/box.

alot of mine required the use of a dremel. Only because
I cant pull my dash out because of my roll cage. Other wise it would have been a simple tear out.
