You guys make this place fun. I try to help/give back when I can. And, when someone needs a set (that missed the GP), I'll have a few sets in "stock". I'm sure I will sell them eventually, but we are on a time schedule, so I'm just trying to help out.

Find a few more buyers and we'll try to get this moving.

If the deadline looms and we aren't going to make it I'll go for a 2nd set Kevin. Keep me at one set for now.

Thanks. My thought is this. I'll get with Bob and see if we can get this rolling. If anyone joins up and wants a set, we'll give them your second set and Guardsmans second set (unless he wants to keep it) and then I'll start letting the 4 sets I'm buying "go". Fair enough?

OK. I e-mailed everyone on the list to make sure they are still "in". I'll let everyone know as soon as I get the replies and get a count.

I spoke to Bob. He's going to call the machine shop and recheck the schedule and the price of aluminum (to make sure the price stays the same, I'll let you know if there is a slight change). Once he gets that information and I find out if everyone is still ready to go, I'll need to collect the money quickly (trying to get this done before the machinist retires in the middle of December). So, I'll need you guys to get me the payments "yesterday" (as soon as we know this is going). Paypal is preferred (it's fast), but you can mail money orders (you just need to do it right away....as soon as we say we are a go, not right now).

I'll post more info as I gather it.

Thanks Chris. As long as everyone who is on the list still wants their set, Bobbylee has spoken for 2 sets and he'll let you have one of his. So, we have a set for you (and I'm buying extras and so is Guardsman). I'll post here as soon as I get the final count to make sure we have 22 sets covered. I'll need to gather the funds quickly since I have to send the money to Bob to get production started and we are on a tight schedule with the machine shop (really tight). So, please keep an eye on this thread (everyone).

I'm going to start a seperate "Paid" thread for this GP and sticky it since I've already received a payment.

Please add your screen name to the payment information on the paypal forms. It just makes it easier to keep everyone straight.

Also, Bob has to verify pricing. If there is a change (I don't think there will be, and if it is, it should be slight) I'll let you know (I'm not expecting a change, I just wanted to mention it "just in case").

Ok. I sent E-mails to confirm that everyone is still in on this one. I've received confirmation on 19 brackets (including my 4, Guardsmans 2 and Bobbylee's 2 sets). I hope to get replies in the next few days on the last few. If I don't, does anyone else need a second set? I don't want to "quit" on this batch now. I'll post up as soon as I have the final replies. I had 23 total people lined up (including the people buying multiple sets), one of those just bought a Z06 (at least he got his brakes), so that leaves 22 sets (if I get all of the replies back). Maybe everyone will check their mail on Monday and get back to me.

I'll post more info as I get it.

You know i noticed a few of you have purchased multiple brackets? What will you be dong with your extra sets? I wish i had the money right now to get them because i hate my brakes right now and the Corvette ones would not only work better but look better. Is there any way i could maybe buy your extra sets off you later?????
