Ok, I hate to do this but this is one of those "gauging interest" posts. I have a 98 Z28 that I bought a few months ago with plans to do a lot of autocrossing in ESP and some track time. This was supposed to be in place of wheel to wheel racing. Now it seems that I will be able to race wheel to wheel next year, so I'm considering selling the 98 Z28. Here are the details:

98 Z28 Hardtop (no t-tops, I looked a while to find one like this)
6 speed
~80k miles
Mystic teal metallic exterior
Beige interior with leather seats

Its mostly stock except for some ESP legal mods. I could sell it in any configuration from basically stock to the way it sits now. The mods currently installed are:

Strano 35mm front sway bar
Koni SA 3rd gen rear shocks
Ground Control rear spring perches with 150lb/in springs
Steel rod-ended panhard bar
Torsen T2R diff
Ultimate Rear End support cover
Long ARP wheel studs all the way around
Cooling ducts to front brakes
PBR front brake pads
Hawk HPS rear brake pads
Aftermarket shifter (Pro 5.0 I think)

I also have Koni SA fronts with Ground Control setup and 600 lb/in springs ready to go on. All the bearings and seals in the rear end are new, and the axles are low mileage stock units with low mileage ring and pinion as well. All clearancing required to run 17x11 wheels with 315 width tires has been done, including rolling rear fender lips with zero paint chipping. I also have a pair of Corbeau Forzas with slider mounts I bought specifically for this car, that I could include with it, installed if you want. And, I have available Hawk Ht-10 pads for the front, with an almost new pair of rotors that they were used on for a few track sessions.

The car is in really good shape overall. No dents or dings, only a couple paint chips. Interior is good, the stock drivers seat has a small wear hole. It seems to have been well maintained. No leaks, needs nothing mechanical.

As for wheels and tires, I have a couple options there too. I have what came on the car, which is a set of AFS 18x9.5 polished Z06 wheels with Kumho tires, only a few thousand miles on the set. I can also supply a cheap wheel and tire option with a set of stock silver wheels or stock pained black wheels, either of which would have worn out tires mounted up. I might even be able to offer as an option an almost brand new set of AFS ZR1 wheels in silver, sizes 17x9.5 and 17x11 with Sumitomo rubber mounted up. And if you're really serious about autocrossing or track, I could work a deal with my nearly new CCW 17x11 wheels with 315 Victoracers mounted up.

This is a pretty nice car, and it runs great. If you think you might be interested, let me know what you'd want with it and I'll see if I can come up with a price. Most of the mod parts are almost new, so please keep that in mind. And I can use some of those parts on other cars, so I don't mind pulling them off and keeping them.
