Ok, it's the moment you've been waiting for. I'm about to stick all the labels on the first batch of Bob's brackets to take them to FedEx tomorrow evening after work. I'm shipping all the brackets that are paid in full. And hope to send the remainder out very soon.

Our company just converted over to FedEx too. Must be some kind of revolution.

It should show up by e-mail soon. I put e-mail notification in for everyone and FedEx should send you mail.

I just got home from Fedex (and dinner). They are on the way!!!!

Fedex can't seem to get their act together...

They were due Wednesday, but didn't show.

Now they show "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" as of 8:00am this morning, but no-show today either...

Maybe Monday.

Looking forward just to seeing these pieces in person for the first time.

I've played that game with them once myself. Usually, they are fantastic and have done an excellent job for me in the past. Keep me posted.

It sounds like they are attempting delivery at an incorrect address if you did not receive an “attempted delivery” notice. FedEx home delivery receives Saturday delivery. If they attempt a third time tomorrow and don’t connect with you, the package would be returned to Kevin. I would call FedEx and have them verify the address to which the driver is attempting delivery. You don’t need to call the local office; their national center can access all of the info from the tracking #.

I had one package that was addressed (correctly) to a customer in Louisiana. It was returned to me after 3 attempts to deliver it in Arizona.

You can call them with the tracking number at 1-800-go fedex and ask them to verify the info. When the number picks up, just hit "0" (trust me) and ask for assistance. PM me if you need anything (I'm on vacation and don't have your address with me here, so I can't call to verify it, however if you have a problem, send me your address in a PM and I'll call them)

Mystery solved... The note the customer service rep saw, said the package was left "on the mailbox", which isn't really possible since the mailbox has a round top... They were inside the mailbox.

Got mine today (had them shipped to work, too much hassle trying to get stuff delivered to my apartment).

Awesome looking brackets, and the included installation instructions were just a tasty icing on this excellent cake. Looking forward to spring time even more now.
