Post this question to the f-body autox email list. I've seen it answered there before but can't remember the driver's name. He's fine, and the car was salvaged IIRC.

Yeah I think Mike is right. I'll add I think he is a member here and a NASA or SCCA instructor. And also pretty sure it was salvaged and still runs the track .And I think I have a pic. of it now.(I'll look) Shortbus will know

yeah... it's not as bad as it looks and the same car is the blue car in the pic just above... he's a member here... forgot his name, though.

It's "Racerns" here on the board. Neil is fine, the car is now blue as shown above. I believe he said turn 12 at Nelson Ledges (or was it 10). Maybe he'll drop in here.

Yep that was me at Nelsons in '99. It came up in this thread before. There is a link with a series of pics in that thread. There was no cage in the car at the time just a harness bar and 5 pt. It is the same car I have now that is in my sig.
