Is it a drop in, or is it a "mod to fit"?

I could use this for the '94 TA CMC car... is it meant for cars with the AC yanked out?

This is a drop in for 98+ cars. Anything earlier is going to need some modification. The design fits the shroud that lid hooks to on the later model cars. I am sure with a LITTLE bit of work it would fit an earlier model.

What about the water outlets, LT1 vs LS1? Are they different?

outlets are for LS1 but I think that they are close to the LT1s style.
