Karen and I bought some used Kumhos today from Rob Hines (ex-T1 national champ). Under a protective layer of dust, he still has his '96 T2 Camaro, and it's for sale! Car won Runoffs in I think '99 with Rob driving. I don't think it will be eligible long (if it even still is) for T2, but would make a great AI project.

Last time it ran, it had a small engine fire from a leaky fuel line. The fuel lines have been replaced as well has the wiring harness(es?). From what I could see, it has a race seat and custom cage. 11K on the odometer and the engine of course was built to T2 specs somewhere along the line.

Rob's e-mail address is robhines@earthlink.net. He said he's asking $8K for it but I know he's been trying to get rid of it for awhile.

Car is in Arlington, VA.

His LS1 T2 car is for sale, too!
