It's time to go back to a stock k-member while the car is in 100 pieces in the garage...

Thought I had one pinned down, but it didn't work out.

I posted on 4 local boards tonight, so something may come through there. But if not, and if somebody here has one laying around, I'd be interested in it.

I'm trying to find one before I put the BMR up for sale on ls1tech.

Make that two. I have been looking for a stock one also. If you have more than one person contact you, please send them my way.

Thanks,
JR

You might try swinging by the local LS1 Speed shop (if you have one), especially if their focus is drag racing. I was at HPE in Houston a few weeks ago picking up some heads they had done a valve job on, and I asked them if they knew someone who was getting rid of an OE K-member. I was promptly walked to the back corner of the shop, where one was unearthed from a dusty pile of assorted take offs.

I had fully expected to fork over 50 bucks or so, as that's the price range I had seen online, but they seemed glad to be rid of it .

If you have no luck finding one locally, I have one.

Make it three looking. Shipping that bad boy aint gonna be fun.

I have one. The left side camber adjustment hole is a bit enlarged, but not much. Just enough to have caused me legality issues if I was protested, so I opted to change it.

I have one (in the Detroit area) and can probalby get more from Schrams automotive.

Looks like a local is bringing a stocker + rack + 300 for my BMR on Monday.

Let's see, what can I get with $300....

Well, I'm on the prowl again.

The one I got was from a rollover. Still had everything attached. Took all that stuff off this evening (stock shocks, rack, a-arms, cut-off brake lines, etc.) and mock fitted it to my engine on a stand.

Using the solid motor mounts/stands, it's about 1" off. Just for the heck of it, I put the poly mounts on with the stock stands, and even torqueing it into position, it's still about 1/2" off.
