I have a set of LS1 calipers for sale. Low miles on them (~60k) and in excellent condition. I have everything but the bolts and spindles to mount these. Does not come with rotors or pads. Asking $100 + shipping.
These brakes were replaced for an upgrade to the Baer Track Kit which you will see in the last picture in the link below.
E-mail me at mleaf@speakeasy.net fo questions.

Brad or Liz,
They are not the 1LE calipers, they are the later 4th gen calipers. I think a guy on thirdgen.org makes a conversion kit, but I don't know much more than that about them.
However, a friend of Neil (my codriver from last year) bought my LS1 stuff for his 3rd gen and must have or know of the kit. PM Mericet (I forget Gary's screen name here).

Hrmmm... This would be a killer upgrade from the third gen brakes.. I only I still had my third gen.. Oh well..
If you find a kit, and you want them, let me know. I need more garage space.. Im getting rid of everything so I can get started on my much delayed and much needed engine build.

Yep, but honestly, except for the heat sinking of the larger rotors, I think the stock calipers were a bit stronger... The pistons are definately larger in the stockers... By quite a bit.

Hey Brad!
I did this on my '91 RS using a set of brackets from Ed Miller. It's a pretty easy swap with the right hardware. PM me if you have questions, I'm happy to lend support.
