for waterpumps, what do you guys recomend for AX/road racing/hillclimbs?

From what I've heard, the electric flows more at idle. (plus you can run it while the car is off too...)
So that makes it very well suited for drag racing, to keep the temps down while sitting in the staging lanes.
But I've heard it flows less on the top end, which can cause some cooling issues for road racing.
I would think it would be fine for autocross because of the limited time on the course.

From what I understand electric pumps will flow "X" amount of water at a given RPM of the motor. Thats why in stop and go traffic the electrics are good. You will will be flowing the same amount of water at an idle as you would be at say 4500 RPM. But once you get the RPM's up in the big end thats where things "could" start to warm up. But if you have a well built cooling system (pump, radiator, fans, etc) you should be fine.
I am running the Meziere LS1 EWP with the LG radiator and I am having trouble with the motor running tool cool. But I have yet to run it in warm/hot ambient temps.
