Works all night and sleeps all day.

His posts are 4 and 5 in the morning central time. I doubt he's bothered much with phone calls.

Hehe.. I was a nightowl even as a kid, and my first few real jobs were on swing shift. Then a few decades of being a shirt on day shift didn't cure me - I was always pushing later in the day and had a bitch of a time making 10am staff meetings. Now that I'm my own boss I've fallen back to a 3pm-midnite workday, with a bout of 'puter time on each end and sleep about 3-11am.

Funny thing is when the alarm goes off at 5:30am on a track day I pop right up ready to go

Hmmm... (note to self: being your own boss has perks.)

I'm finally getting used to the up at 5am to make it downtown by 7am deal, but I'm not sure if I like being 22 and ready for bed at 9pm. rotf.gif

Subspecies H. speed fabricatus. Indeed, the specimen is primarily nocturnal. He is frequently found around race cars; under lifts; operating welding, bending and cutting equipment. During his most active season he also acquires diurnal habits and can be found in and around race cars during the daytime period.

nice, I got up half an hour ago. Nothing like starting your day at 3am sharp Eastern time - 2am Central banghead.gif . Thankfully this is only for 4 days, I'm a night owl. Anyone else eat lunch at 7am?

Yeah, I always notice his early AM posts too! I never have to worry when I call him if it's too late (since I'm on the East Coast). Alan is a wealth of knowledge and one of these days I will get around to posting some pictures of the rollcage I installed last Wed-Sat consisting of pre-bent Blaine-fab main hoop, a-pillars, and windshield bar! Fits like a glove!
