Just hosting a few pages for someone at cc.com

They are numbered in order (since the board flipped them???).

Open, right click, save and then zoom in to read them.

Proper order is 3, 2, 1, 4, 5, 6 (not sure why the board mixed them up).

Removed to save bandwidth. Trackbird.

Uh, oh yea. I seem to have missed that. However anything that runs 200 mph is cool with me, and I had a brush with that car when it was for sale in 1998, and didn't buy it. More details here:

That's why it's in the sig test forum. I just needed to host the scans.

Wow!
This brings back memories. I had a subscription to Car Craft when this issue came out (1993). I can't belive that was 13 years ago. I was driving a POS Escort, and was dreaming about the new '93 Z28, which I got 2 years later. That means my '93 z28 would have turned 13 this year. Maybe she is still out there...

If you read the thread on cc.com, I found that car for sale in 1998, and still intact (as far as I could tell) for $12,999 and didn't buy it. banghead.gif banghead.gif banghead.gif banghead.gif

It would have been worth becoming a Mustang Parrot... That thing was sweet, and replacement parts are a dollar now.

Yea, I should have sold off my car, and begged, borrowed or stolen the money to buy that car back then. Chris and I were just discussing it at Thanksgiving when I was at his place. It comes up from time to time as "the one that got away".

Thanks for hosting them here! It was pretty cool to go through the photos and article and match the car up.

Wish you had bought it for $12,999 it would certainly be nicer under the hood then it is now - and have the Duttweiler engine.

The car is in really, really decent shape overall....
