Howdy,

Unless he had a heart attack, I'm going with "Terribly large _as$hole_".

The latter....

The police said he was passing cars well over 90mph. If you can see the video clearly enough, the car rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise in the air - putting the passenger side into the bridge. That's the only thing that saved his stupid a$$.

yes, its quite obvious the same accident would have occurred regardless of speed....

May the bird RIP. This is a good example of why we need to keep the speed on the track. What the hell was he thinking?

Yeah...the second one. I'm thinking he was passing on the shoulder at a high rate of speed and lost traction with all the debris on the shoulder. It was kinda cool the way it launched right off the guard rail. Its like he was trying for a jump shot and failed.

There's been some speculation that it was an attempted suicide and I'm starting to agree. He was arrested with drugs, alcohol and a minor female and released shortly before the accident. I believe I also read that his father came to get him and was arrested for having drugs in his posession. "Dad's gonna kill me when he gets home"... Maybe he was trying to save him the trouble. I am starting to have trouble seeing this as just an accident.

Yeah, where are they digging up 'reporters' these days? In a report on the recent belly-flop of the 737 on San Andres, the last comment out of the talking head's mouth was "Alcohol was not involved in this accident." WTF?

Still a huge asshole. Kill yourself if you want, but don't endanger 20 other people doing it.
