I thought you were talking about the bushing that is way up at the top of the strut that allows it to rotate in the strut tower.

You're talking about the big washers at the base of the spring. I've put coilovers in other cars and never used them anyway. I'm only hopefully going to be adjusting it once. It would be nice to have though. Please see if you can find them.

Sending PM concerning the quote...

Here's what I've got: load washers for the top, but not radial bearings for the bottom - I had them on an earlier set of coilovers and they make it easier to adjust if you're in a hurry and only jack up one corner. If you jack up both front corners then the swaybar isn't loaded and adjustment is easy without them.

I cleaned the kit up and it looks good - threads have no damage.

Lowered prices on motor, trans, axle, hatch, fuel system.

The trans and axle are the right stuff for a CMC/CMC2 car on most tracks. 3.73 gears for coming off the corners, deep 5th gear that keeps on pulling on the big tracks. I'll cut off the LCA brackets, and put a stock diff cover on the axle N/C for a CMC buyer.

Hoods, for some reason, are expensive to ship. It would be $250-300 truck freight. You would be money ahead getting one from VFN - they ship from IN. Add some reinforcemement on the backside and it would weigh the same as my FG hood.

For the same reason, my hood would be a good value to someone on the west coast - I'm at all the NorCal NASA races, and could arrange for free transport to SoCal.

FYI Non-OEM hoods are not legal for CMC.

I'm keeping the motor together, If it doesn't sell maybe I'll build a car for myself and use it.

OK, a new season is upon us and I'm motivated to get this car out of my garage (my wife would really like this to happen!) so have lowered prices again - see post #1 for pricing.

What's left:

Built LT1 motor

Hooker long tube headers

rolling caged chassis with fuel cell and pin on doors

fuel cell

pin on doors

diffusor

Here Ya go:

I bought them new, and did a lot of prep before sending them to JetHot:
cut the flanges off for better ground clearance
added skid plates
addedO2 bungs
added spreader plates on all the plumbing stubs on the primaries

If the buyer would prefer 3bolt flanges on the collectors, I'll weld them on n/c.

ditto

A detail I overlooked in the description: the valves are oversize, Ferrea. Blackstone did a valve job the last time the heads were off.

Headers are sold

That leaves the motor and the car - I'm parting out the motor. Short block is toast - got water into 7/8 sometime during the years it's been sitting. Everything under the valve covers looks fine, I've got the intake off now, will finish the teardown and discard anything with rust damage.

Pending teardown and inspection, here's what's for sale:

LT1 heads ported by Doug Rippie Motorsports and Mike Blackstone
LT4 extreme duty timing set
Ultradyne 232/244 110ls cam
Comp Cams ChroMo 1.6 roller rocker arms
Crane double valve springs, titanium retainers
Manley pushrods
Proform polished cast aluminum valve covers - new. I can add bungs and clearance for alternator
ported intake manifold
BBK 58mm TB
fuel rails with adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Taylor wires over the valve covers with boots
fresh OEM starter
fresh OEM alternator
Canton roadrace oil pan
PCM with dyno tuned flash
OEM wiring harness, MAF, all sensors, water pump

motor Dyno'd 373rwhp @ 6000rpm, 347rwtq @ 4600rpm

add pricing
