Digging through some old stuff, pictures from 2000 when I was in the Air Force and deployed to The Magic Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ...
(IMG:http://www.sr20forum.com/gallery/data/500/medium/u2_chase.jpg) (IMG:http://www.sr20forum.com/gallery/data/500/u2_camaro.jpg) I did a story for the base newspaper on U2 landings ... a U2 pilot drove a Camaro behind a U2 during landings and communicated with the pilot so he didn't scrape the wings on the ground. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I got to ride shotgun in the Camaro during one landing. I'm guessing since there are no Z28 emblems that it's a B4C? Would make sense since it was a government vehicle. The first two #s on the license plate is the year of the car (most GOVs are this way). Pat |

Additionally, the body-color sail panel, IIRC, further substantiates it as a B4C. I think Z28s of that year all had black roofs. Cool pics!
