Found this "how to" explaining the process of modifying the stock thermostat to a 160 or different temp of your choice. Can't verify it as I've already done the 160* w/the rather expensive total unit.

Sorry, I was thinking along the lines of about $15 each. Sam Adams is rather expensive, you know (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
