My '98 is kept outside, and the headlights have gotten quite hazy or cloudy. Anyone have a pair of non cloudy headlights from a race car build or otherwise they would part with reasonably?

Have you tried to polish them? I use Meguiar's plastic polish and the mini powerball. Makes a significant improvement, but does have to be repeated.
Yowza - Rock Auto wants $151 per side for the "economy" model...and Auto Parts Warehouse ain't much better...http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/search/?N=9891+1588+4294967264+9217 |

When you do find some go to www.xpel.com and buy the headlight protection kit from them. It only costs about $30, I believe. But its more than worth it... I've got them on my 02' at the moment and they are nice... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif)
I've tried polishing a set on my 99' and never could get them to clear up. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) |
