My '98 is kept outside, and the headlights have gotten quite hazy or cloudy. Anyone have a pair of non cloudy headlights from a race car build or otherwise they would part with reasonably?

I've heard of this (polishing plastic) so i tried it when I smudged my accusump gauge face. It was so bad you couldnt read the numbers. It worked perfectly, I'd certainly try it-
