Advanced Member Group: Advanced Members Posts: 651 Joined: 3-September 05 From: Chicagoland Member No.: 876	A few years ago I have gotten 28 to 30 mpg on the highway driving from Chicago to Cleveland and back. However, when I used to drive it to and from work once in a while on nice days, I only got 14 mpg. By comparison, my 2005 Yukon averages 17 mpg going to and from work. So in other words, it's possible to get really awesome millage, but it's also possible to get really crappy millage.

To appease the "better" half, I was wondering what is the highway gas milage some of you have been getting with the LT1 and 6 speed, and the LS1 and 6 speed. I thought they were around 24 to 26 miles to the gallon. Please let me know if I am off base, or I am close. Thanks in advance.
