I have been cleaning, organizing and fixing up the garage for 5 weeks now.
Lets start with before pics. This was after I cleaned it up enough to barely fit the M3 in months back. (IMG:http://i41.tinypic.com/snce3k.jpg) The ceiling and shelves aftering being cleaned off (IMG:http://i39.tinypic.com/346rmew.jpg) (IMG:http://i43.tinypic.com/403nb.jpg) (IMG:http://i41.tinypic.com/72abkw.jpg) I tore out the bench, cleaned and organized my shed so I could move a bunch of the car parts into there once they were organized. Next was a bunch of drywall patching and taping and repatching and sanding and...... Finally two coats of Killz was followed by 2 coats of paint, a little touch up and almost done. I know the gray is kinda ugly; it was $5 for a gallon off the culled rack. I will probably build a little table to go next to the tool box, not sure yet. All told I spent $200-$250 on supplies, and am happy with the results. The red car was for winning chicks away from their boyfriends. |
