Wow ... I visit Tech regularly, but only read/post in the Texas sections and occasionally in the Suspension and Road Racing sections. I guess as this platform becomes more "obsolete" with time, this kind of thing is to be expected. |

I never posted there much either... first I didn't have a LS1, but second it sort of had that CC.com feel about it.

it sort of had that CC.com feel about it. I'm not sure how you figure that. I couldn't think of a board more different. It's the most sponsor/advertiser/money driven site I've seen. Simply posting a link to a non-sponsor will get it deleted and you'll be publicly threatened. Threads, posts, deleted/edited rearranged, people banned for the sole purpose of making the sponsors look good and eliminating any reports of poor results. Moderators who actually are some of those sponsors.... Any sort of "tech" posted there must make it through all those filters first.... No, it's the antithesis of CC.com. |
