Working a deal for a 99 Z28 for my 26 year old daughter to replace her worn out POS Honda.
"No thanks, Dad. I want a Camry." (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/nutkick.gif) I accused her mom of her being adopted. |

Ouch - sorry, Mitch!
I've got 1-year-old twins, and I'm already torn over what to buy. Do I get an old-school car so that they can learn to take care of a car? I had a 66 Mustang in 1995 (first car). It was good, but things went wrong. Learned a lot about cars and how to keep them running. Or, do I get a nice, safe car with airbags/abs/etc.? Still don't know. |

With one year old twins, our 4th gens will be ancient history (with air bags) when they are ready to drive. Well, guess Im lucky. My kids (both boys) now buy their own cars. Occasionally they borrow one of mine if I'm in a good mood. One of them bought two Fbods, a racer and a daily driver. The other one wants me to give him mine. That one is marrying a (shhhh) Mustang lover so do you think he's ever gonna see one of my Fbods?? Fat chance. bock |
