I changed my clutch/flywheel this past weekend on my 97 Trans Am. I had a little trouble getting the center console out and decided that punching it with my fist would be helpful. It wasn't. When I punched it, I hit the ashtray lid and broke one of the hinges on the ashtray lid. Now it it sits crooked and won't stay shut while driving.
The interior of the car is tan leather and the console is that typical 4th gen gray plastic. Anyone have one of these FS? |

I had pulled to cover of for a couple pics for you, but the focus was not that good.
For future reference then. You can see the socket head on the left and the threads on the right going through to the nylok.
