I posted at CMC and I'll post here too. I am looking for a how-to on roll cage building. I have a buddy that has a metal shop with everything we need to build it except know how. I know its gotta be inspected by Nasa and I've read over their requirments. Just looking for some hints or tips.

You can't go wrong with a Blain Fab cage! I did!
Also, there are "legal" cage's and than there are cage's that will let you go home if something bad happens! A legal cage isn't always the best choice, we are not pro drivers! We have familys, friends, and a life to go home to after the race weekend is over. I will carry the extra lbs of cage.... .02 |

I will carry the extra lbs of cage.... .02 Same here, and the Blaine Fab cage made sure I was safe in a crash being hit by two cars, and my car was rebuildable. Safety is priority #1! |
