man thanx for the input guys. ill reconsider the lift bars. Phil has had the only review that i have gotten in three days of asking on five different forums. i guess that will tell you something. no one uses them. few people do, and most of those people don't do anything with the car and those parts and just bling at that point. like trackbird said, they tend to break the tab off that locates them to the shock mount, and they are essentially a mini ladder bar. the purpose is for drag racing, but they do have a very limited range of adjustment and are less effective then a properly setup stock style torque arm suspension. I did pickup a set long ago when i first got my car, simply because i knew little and they looked cool. I didnt even know, and the instructions didnt tell you that they eliminate the torque arm. So i was using them and a torque arm and the rear suspension had only a bout 2" total travel before things started to bind. Managed to sell them and got some of my money back. So what have you done to your suspension? is it stock? this could be a problem caused by a handful of things |
