Here's your chance to help truly worthy cause! My mom is the original owner of a 94 Z28. The car is still her daily driver, as it has been since she bought it new, over 200,000 miles ago. She keeps it in pristine shape and it's her pride and joy. She is the sterotypical little old lady with a hotrod car.
Her (dealer) mechanic is unable to locate part that needs replacing. It's a water pump drive shaft, part # is 10219554. It's long discontinued. It's the gear driven, splined shaft that protrudes from the timing cover, that the coupler slides onto. I suspect that she wants it replaced because the seal has worn a groove that creates a leak. It's the part marked #11 in this image.
