I recently joined a 4th gen group on Facebook. There is a lot of trash on there, but I'm surprised at how many people are on there who track or auto-x their 4th gen. There's even someone who makes and sells front splitters for LT1 cars.

Should I be spreading the word? My feeling is if they end up being tools, they can always be booted. The more people talking about 4th gens (in a good way) the better.

I'd allow a few more members (in fact the guy I recommended recently is an SCCA National Champ in different cars). So sure as long as it's not a giant influx all at once, we could have some more here. LS1 tech seems to be pretty busy so I think the involvement/interest is still out there.

This wasn't meant to be an exclusive club. I've just been doing what I can to protect the site from hackers and "dumb". I'm open to suggestions and new ideas. Heck, the banner at the top was a user submission that looked better than what we had before, so I happily put it up on the board. You guys can always PM or email me ideas or input, I don't mind a bit. I've seen boards "ruled" by guys who take no questions and get very defensive about that stuff....I'm not that guy. I'm just here to keep the lights on and share what I can remember about these cars (getting old sucks...lol).
