I have a stock (non hurst) shifter from my 2002 Z28 that includes the OEM leather shift knob (and I believe the bolts to attach it to the transmission).

$60 shipped

How do you like the stock knob as opposed to a ball type?

They are nice leather knobs. They don't get as cold or hot in the various seasons. I've almost always swapped to the plastic balls, but this factory knob is in good shape and they are nice if you prefer leather.
