Just a note to anyone who might consider buying from Ground Control. Don't. Not only do they not know what’s going on with their "inventory" but they also need some lessons in the customer service department.

Apparently pushing the "Hold" or "Mute" button on the phone is far beyond their grasp because when my father called to check on an order they were under the impression that he couldn't hear him and called him a "weasel." My dad was polite enough to let it slide but if it had been me the order would have been cancelled to say the least.

I'll admit in my Discount Auto Parts days I've called customers worse than that, but they deserved it and I was smart enough not to do it in front of them. (Plus I was a punk teenager working in some store, not a customer service rep.)

This is what I get for trying to support the "little guy," next time I'll pay twice as much and get it overnight from Jegs. (Actually it's probably cheaper from Jegs.) Or at the very least, from someone who take my $500 and not act like they have down syndrome when I have a legitimate question.

Hi,

I do not order direct from Ground Control. I get the same experiences as a few of you had (and in a sad way I'm glad it happens to others). So I found it easier to let someone ELSE deal with things when they get that way. Also the vendor I buy from buys more than I do and hopefully would have more pull, AND I get a slightly better price *not* going to Ground Control Directly..................

Sounds like it's about time I started working on getting all the necessary parts together to do the coil-over stuff on my own.

It's a shame, as the parts are nice and work. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Anyway, I'm sorry for the issues. They are out of my control as I think you can see (not saying I'm perfect, but more often than not, it's not me when GC is involved). I appreciate you patience and patronage folks!
