Later on today, I've been saving my last bottle of prickely pear cactus mead for a special occasion. And for the dumbass gringos, I have Mike's hard lemonade and Fat Tire beer, along with assorted soft drinks ... Ribs are looking really swell ...

So, we're throwing her and Mr. Wonderful #8 a going away party. I just finished seasoning the meat and it's in the oven right now ... 12 hours at 225* Tomorrow at 2pm I'll throw them on the grill for some BBQ sauce and let them say their final prayers.
