Hey All,
I am adding a component weights section to the Unbalanced Engineering website. Therefore, I would ask all of you that have any weights of interest for both stock and aftermarket components to email me with them so I can add them to the page. I'm interested in everything from wheels and swaybars to engine components. The weights must be accurate, so please nothing from the old spring bathroom scale. Please include the year/make/model of the component as well. Thanks! Jason S. Jason@UnbalancedEngineering.com |

QUOTE (John_D. @ Oct 22 2004, 02:44 PM) I'm just curious, how far off is a digital bathroom scale anyway...? (reads in 1/2 lb increments and self zeros on startup) I've weighed a few parts (seats, rotors, crank pulley, etc.) but if the numbers are no good, then I'll just keep them to myself. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) yea, not sure if the digital scale is right..... it says that i'm 215lbs..... when I KNOW I'm 175lbs ( (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/bs.gif) ) |
