Ok I know this has been covered, but I can't find the info.

I am runnng 315's on zr1's and I know I need a spacer in front. I installed the wheels and the rim is hitting a bump on the spindle arm. It looks like I need around 1/2 spacer.

Where is a good place to get spacers? Someone posted a link earlier but I can't find it.

Has anyone just ground off this bump? Will the wheels fit without a spacer in this case? I don't care about classes, I have no class!

Thanks,

TIm

I ground down the little bump on the spindle arm, put longer ARP lug studs in, used 7/32" spacers from Jegs, and 50 mm ofset AFR 17x11 wheels. Works great.

That's the most popular way for most autocrossers.
The spacer size will vary slightly (from person to person) but that is the same aproach I will use next year. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
