i just went karting for the first time tonight at HIK, which used to be davy jones' kartzone. i was wondering if any other houston guys had ever been there, and if they remembered their times. i haven't had the opportunity to run my car at all at any sort of an event, so this one karting experience is the only benchmark i got as far as how quick/slow i might be against some of you all....

it's basically at 59 and fountainview. it's actually on a street called skyline, which hits fountainview near 59. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

if coming from 59, exit fountainview, turn on fountainview to head towards richmond, and i believe skyline is the first or second left that you can take. take skyline down for, i think, just over a block or so, and it'll be on the left.
