Street Legal High Performance Vehicle Registration
Nothing on their website convinces me they can do this. I always thought a special license plate would be good for us "mod" types, since we do not significantly contribute to smog. Why not charge us a fee, take the handcuffs off us and start going after those smokestacks factories that have the get out of jail free card right now from the current (cough) administration. |

sounds like free money for the people who set up the site.
jersey has a "race tag" that you can purchase for mod'd cars and trucks. but like the others have said, there are restrictions on what you can do to the car and how much you can drive it. it's also expensive. i forget the actual name of it, but it's basically a tag that permits excessive emissions and missing emissions. it also allows for NOS and higher octane fuels. |
