I've never heard anything bad about Amsoil. I use Redline in the Camaro because it's easier to get and costs about the same as Amsoil. I use Valvoline synthetic oil in my truck and the wifes Honda becuase I don't need the super high temp protection of Redline in either of those vehicles.
