i have lots of questions about this area and this track.
fuel! when we go to Hallett, OK and run @ HMRC we cant get 93 octain. due to altitude its not required there. what is the fuel situation in the area around Mid Ohio? track length? i looked all over the track web site and didnt see any mention of length. how long is the club course? also, do you guys w/ 4th gens and 3.42 gears use 5th there? if so, how high in RPMs do you get in 5th? i'm hoping i can stay in 4th. that is all for now, more to come later. |

We restrict tractor trailers to 55, but I don't think that applies to your situation (I don't remember seeing a GVWR on those signs). Traffic usually moves at 70+ in this area without problem, I generally drive 80-ish. I did recently get my second ticket for 79 in a 65, so they seem to write you there. And, my last ticket was listed that 1-10 over was $110, 11-20 over was $130, so if you're running 76-78, you may as well go for 84......(IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
