Just like it says, I'm looking for a the Ls1 rear brakes to put on my thirdgen. I'm interested in everything from the backing plates and parking brake to the abutments, calipers, hardware and rotors if they are in decent shape. Hopefully someone did an upgrade and has these parts laying around. I'm most interested in a complete set-up, but I will consider partial as well.
Thanks in advance, Austin |

What's all that graph paper and measuring instruments doing there? You aren't trying to measure anything precisely, are you? That's not how it's done! You just put the part up to the mating surface, and hit it with either a hammer or grinder. If those two don't work, it wasn't meant to be!
jfwy - good luck with that. I've got LS1 fronts I could sell you, but my rears are staying. Actually, I take it back - I've got the parking brake shoe and assembly if you can't find a taker. Let me know soon - they're in my trash and trash day is Thursday. |
