Looks nice. But I'm concerned with the mileage estimate. Keep us posted on things like that, as well as the first laptimes. ;-)

I'm jealous. I want one. I drove a white GT with leather and the sport package last Friday. I like grey as well, but it's too close to black for me. I already have a black car. I love the way it drives and feels. When test driving I noticed it has a MPG meter in the multifunction dash display between the speedo and tach. In the 15 miles this car had on it, it averaged about 11.x mpg. So it is possible to get very crappy mileage out of them if you keep your foot in it. I too am very interested to find out what your average mpg come in at for daily driving.

If you an squeeze out around 30, I'm all over one for my new commuter car. C6s can get that, and that's what I keep coming back to. |

I am looking for something newer that I don't have to worry about crashing a rare car (92 B4C) and something with A/C that works (as opposed to the 88 TII), but still gets decent mileage (25+ MPG). I know I could settle for a Honduh, and a V-6 Quaalude could probably run with the best of them, but I still have problems with FWD. I've queried friends who drive C5s and C6s, and many are capable of around 30 MPG on the highway. Heck, one friend is getting 28 out of his C6 Z06 at 80!! While looking at different cars to get, I keep comparing them to the C6. Heck, I don't need more than 2 seats, so a C6 is perfect, and last year's models are priced right, too. While I am probably going to end up with one, I'm interested in other stuff out there. I'm still looking at the Kappa turbos, and will be real interested in the G8, if the mileage is up there. |

That is an awesome car, i really want a 6 speed model, i think with a bit of suspension work they can be made to handle well, have a near 50/50 weight ditribution if im not mistaken but they are right around 3900-4000lbs. Very nice driver car though, would be my first choice |
