LT1 for sale.

What is a "light weight GM Race alternator" and how does it fit? Sorry I can't buy the engine it's not legal for me.

Was hard to get it in 3rd. Tranny guy said he'd rebuild it for $1000.00. I told him to pound sand and he gave it back to me dismantled. Its all there. but No Bell housing. |

BTW, Why did you flinch at $1G for a T56 rebuild that obivously needs at least a 3-4 fork, syncros, and maybe a gear? Seems pretty reasonable compared to others I've heard quotres from. Was this just an extra tranny for parts? any idea how many miles on it? |
