These likely won't work with off the shelf Ground Control weight jacks because they are too tall for the stiffness.

$50 shipped or donated for the cost of shipping to a Lemons team. sold

Yes. They interchange between 3rd and 4th gen cars.

Checking with our LeMons Team owner to see if those yeller springs might work on our van project.

I'll let you know either way. It's a shame they're too tall, I could use a spare set in that range. Actually, they may be a little too stiff, but one never knows.

Anyway, we'll see if we need them for the LeMons team.

Those 1200# springs are too heavy for our needs. Thank you, though.

Stan, are these the slightly "mis matched" pair? And, how much needs cut off to make them work with GC stuff (any idea). Then we can calculate the new rate. Just curious.... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/loco.gif)

Yes, they appear slightly mismatched. I bought them as a pair off ebay and the seller checked the rates using a spring tester, and engraved the rate on the bottom of the ground flat coil. IIRC the # of coils and wire dia is slightly different but possibly offsetting. Whatever differences are in these springs I doubt you’d ever notice.

As far as how much would need cut to fit in a GC set-up I don’t know for sure since it’s been so long since I figured that out. My guess right now might be ½” but no more than 1”. I remember it being borderline. I’d probably try installing them first with the GC set-up full low and see what the ride height is then go from there.
