IIRC, the only difference is the type of diff it's going to. There's a difference in the diameter of the axle tubes between a 9" and a GM 10- or 12-bolt. That's the only difference I know of. I think they may be including the spacers in all the kits anyway, so it really won't make a difference now.
IF you plan to put the link on a 9", and you have a Moser 9", you usually have to notch the axle clamp on the driver's side, as Moser puts their axle vent on the driver's axle tube, right in the way of the clamp. If you plan get a 9" in the future, you can either have Moser relocate the vent when they put your order together, or order the diff without the vent and install one yourself. Does it come with the bolts? When I got mine delivered there were new bolts for the dr. side mounting location. Also, it came with 2 aluminum spacers for the sway bar.

I do have spacers for the sway bar and I can provide bolts for the driver's side mount as well if needed. Shoot me an offer if interested. Well, I'm in the Netherlands, not sure how much shipping is to here. I also have a container guy in Buffalo TX as an option.
How is the powdercoat? Scratches? I can have it blasted and coated but would like to get an idea of condition. The o rings are also there on the heims? |
