Hi,

I'm looking into changing my pedals for a 3-pedal assembly that are closer for better control and heel n toe.
What are your experiences and recommendations ?

The ones that come to mind are the Tilton (600 or 900 series) or the Wilwood.

What's your 2 cents and recommendations ?

Thanks,

The Wilwood and Tolton set-ups also are manual brakes with there own master cylinders that would now be mounted inside the car, which is a major tear up for a car with a dash etc. if all u want is pedals that are close together you are better off cutting and welding the stock clutch or brake pedal and possibly bending the gas pedal to suit your needs.

What Stan said - big job to install, have to tear up the underdash and rework the firewall penetrations, you'd lose power brakes.

If you just need to adjust the pedal locations, these work:

custom shape and thickness, I stock the phenolic in a variety of thicknesses. $25-$40 per pad.

I cut the grippy grooves as required, I like a grippy brake and clutch pad, slippery accel, I can make them either way, or use stick on grip tape instead.

And, for reference, here are C5 pedals - heel-toe was a natural for me with these:
hash marks are 1/2" apart

I'll add as a side note that there's grippy tape for skateboards that's a bit cheaper than the stuff that's designed for racing. That's where we get our grippy stuff for the LeMons cars.
