Any ideas? I've not seen the number posted, but then I don't frequent the corvette forums.

TIA

Here's the site for the hood.

http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results.cfm?a...number=10346713

Let's see, S&H = $150 and the total is $1,440. Then you have to pay for a paint job. At least another $400. Total about $1840. At a ten pound savings that's $184 per pound saved. I think I'd go on a diet first. A lot cheaper. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

BTW, is there any visual difference between the OE ZO6 hood vs the optional hood?

Well it'll weigh about the same when you factor in their million layer show car paint job and 50 coats of zaino. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Sorry couldn't resist.
