All of you guys are light-weights.

When I played HS football I was over 225 and could run a 4.8 40 ...

30 years later, I would be lucky to run a 4.8 10 ... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

254 yesterday.

Yeah I should lose weight and could stant to lose about 30lbs. Which still puts me at 220lbs. Which aint' light. I'm just not a 150lb person.

Put another way. A heavy car with a light driver, =to heavy. Light car heavy driver=OK. Light car, light driver....NOT FAIR

Last night 154 lbs, last season 184 lbs; I choose to lose my gut rather then the A/C. I still need to weight my pig at the next national event I go to and see where race weight is now that I've done some weight reduction to the car. I'm crossing my fingers that it comes up around 3400 lbs.

That's great! But you'll still be 400+ lbs away from Stompy... (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

I'm 238 I've been anywhere from 175 to 250 at my current height -6'. I'm currently doing weight watchers. I think it's by far the best diet out there. My father lost 175 (yes lost 175) lbs through it and has kept it all off. He's tried other stuff over the past 15 years and so have I. I just started WW, and I think it will be equally successful for me. It's not losing the weight it's keeping it off that matters.
